The Wood Oven
The Wood Oven is a family run mobile wood-fired pizza van serving up delicious, freshly prepared wood-fired pizzas. Our pizzas are cooked in our ‘Dragon Oven’ which is fired by kiln-dried wood and can reach temperatures up to 500°C.
The Biscuiterie
Our mobile crêperie, coffee and dessert van offers freshly made crêpes, galettes and Belgian waffles as well as fresh barista coffee, teas and hot chocolate.
Absolutely everything (except the Nutella we use as a topping for crêpes and waffles) is homemade by our very talented French patisserie chef. We do not use any pre-made fillings or mixes, our crêpes are made from scratch using traditional Breton recipes and from locally sourced ingredients where possible.
