Our SIA-registered security team will be available all day to help keep you safe. Please follow their instructions and report any safety or security concerns to them or PiP Control.

Please keep your children with you at all times. Lost children should be reported to PiP Control or a steward.

We are not responsible for personal injury or loss or damage to your belongings. A staffed first aid tent is available on site. Missing or found items may be reported to PiP Control.

Anti-social behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Please keep the site clean and tidy by not dropping litter. Bin bags and skips are provided for your use.

Please be aware that vehicle access to the field may be required during the event. Vehicles will be escorted where possible.

Barbecues and fires are not permitted anywhere on the field.

Portaloos are provided behind the pavilion. Please use these and not hedges or the stream!

Any additional safety instructions provided by stall holders must be followed.

At the end of the day, please leave the site promptly and quietly, and help us by dropping your rubbish into a skip on your way out.
